Where we clean

We are opening across Tacoma and the surrounding Pierce County communities:

If you are just outside these and want us, say so on the early access form. Where we go next is decided by where people ask us to go.

What makes this different

The price is worked out, not invented

Most cleaning companies quote from a rate card somebody made up, then defend it. We publish what house cleaning actually costs, measured from completed jobs, and you can read the methodology yourself. If our quote looks out of line with the data, ask us why.

Employed cleaners, not contractors

Our cleaners are employees. They are background checked, insured, paid properly and trained by us. That matters when somebody is in your house while you are at work, and it is the part of this industry most often quietly skipped.

The same person, wherever possible

Recurring cleaning works when the person knows your home. We build routes so you get the same cleaner, and we tell you honestly when illness or holiday means we cannot.

Recurring, deep and move-out cleaning

Recurring is the core service, every two weeks for most households, weekly for busy homes, every four weeks where that is enough. Deep cleans are for a first visit or a reset, and take longer because they cover what routine cleaning does not. Move-out cleans are scoped to what landlords and buyers actually inspect.

We are not open yet. Join the early access list and we will contact you when we are taking bookings in your area, with a real price for your home. No deposit, no obligation.

Why Tacoma

Because it is underserved. The South Sound has the same households, the same working parents and the same need as everywhere else, and considerably fewer professional, insured, employee-based cleaning companies serving it. We would rather open somewhere that needs us.
